Hyderabad Marathon 2012 full details

Hyderabad Marathon is being organized by Hyderabad Runners Society (HR), a non profit organization which was founded in 2007 to encourage running among all age groups in the cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad in Andhra Pradesh, India. Hyderabad Marathon takes place at Necklace Road which skirts the picturesque and historic Hussain Sagar Lake. At the starting time of 5:00am, People’s Plaza should present a pretty picture of the Lake ringed by the Lights along the Tank Bund Road. The serenely illuminated Buddha would be seemingly blessing the runners from the middle of the lake. Grassy parks and a smooth road surface will be the runner’s delight.

What are the Registration Charges for Hyderabad Marathon?
The entry fees is INR 750 for the marathon and half marathon. For relay marathon, one team of 4 participants should pay INR 3,500.  You can pay online by any one of the following way

• Pay By International Credit Card
• Pay By Debit Card
• Pay By Internet Enabled Bank Account
• Pay By ITZ Card ITZ Cash Payment

Online Encumbrance Certificate needed in buying a new property

You can get an encumbrance certificate online in AP now. In order to get it you have to perform the following steps.

1. Go to the website http://igrs.ap.gov.in/
2. Click on Citizen Services -> Encumbrance -> Search
3. Click on Yes I agree in the screen that appears
4. Fill in the entries that appear in the search screen. You will have to get quite a few details in so it will help to have a copy of the registration document available with you.

Once you finish entering all the details click on Submit. It will then go to a new page with the list of items that matched the search displayed. Click on the check box of the list of encumbrance certificates that are needed and click on submit. This will open a new popup window with the encumbrance certificate. You can then print this certificate.


Why is Encumbrance Certificate needed in buying a new property?

• EC is the best certificate of a land issued by Govt. Of India for verification of the land where your property is standing.
• EC of a property lists out all the previous and current buyers/sellers of the land you are purchasing. Anyone buying new property can go and verify the current owners of the property that is shown on this certificate in the column Name of PartiesExecutant(EX)&Claimants(CL) with the copy of the registration documents given for verification.  This way you can satisfy yourself that you are buying a genuine property with no other claimants.
• EC is required by bank as a verification document to process your loan when you are buying a new or resale property.
• For those who already own the property you  verify that your name is appearing in the column Name of PartiesExecutant(EX)&Claimants(CL) as the current claimant of the property.

Tips to find EC online when buying a new property in Andhra Pradesh

• Open the website  http://igrs.ap.gov.in/ in Internet Explorer rather than Google chrome or any other browser.
• The website is very slow and does not respond many times. You need to show some patience and keep on refreshing the page.
• Give as few details as possible and click on search. It will then display a whole set of certiticates. Select all and submit and it will open all the certificates. Once you get all of them search for the one you want and then in the column "Vol/Pg NoCD No Doct No/Year[ScheduleNo]" search for the Doct No/Year. Go back to your original list of encumbrance certificates where you selected all earlier and only select this one doct No/Year and you will get the certificate you want. Its just you need a print out.

I found this small counter beside the cake shop in Kondapur and ordered Samosa Chat. Dahi Papdi and Pani Poori as I am a crazy chat lover. Dahi Papdi was one of the best between the all and Samosa's were exactly same taste as we get in Delhi or UP.. Pani Poori was not good at all. However the Dahi I mean curd that they used was full of aroma of Handi which made me remembere my old days in Delhi in Kamla Nagar and Canuaght Place.

My Experience

Unfortunately one day my one year kid right eye started discharging water and we thought it will recover in a day or two. However, it started discharging more and getting little red too. We visited our child doctor and he said it might be some infection and prescribed Tobramycin. On the third day, he got high fever 105 and we were hopeless, when visited again Dr. Manish in Pranaam Hospital Miyapur Hyderabad, he informed it may be viral and gave a 5 day course. So we got involved in the fever and correlated the eye discharge to viral. He advised us to visit Shankar Netralaya, Miyapur Branch Hyderabad for the red eye and believe me we were all hopeless that time as our child was suffering from 104-105 fever.
